Responsibilities include processing requisitions, maintaining contract records, coordinating vendor communications, and assisting IT procurement initiatives. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills to support cross-functional stakeholders and ensure timely execution of procurement activities.Core ResponsibilitiesProcurement Support Review requisitions in Novatus to confirm accuracy and completenessSend purchase orders and supporting documentation to vendorsCommunicate status updates between vendors and internal requestersCoordinate contract execution and signature workflows internally and externallyContract Administration Maintain and update contract database in Novatus with accurate metricsProvide contract status updates to the IT procurement teamMonitor impending contract expirations and notify for renewalsAdditional Support Assist with ad hoc initiatives and projects to support procurement objectivesTechnical Qualifications• Minimum 1 year of relevant procurement experience • Exposure to contract management preferred • Familiarity with Novatus (or similar procurement/CLM systems) beneficialGeneral Qualifications• Strong verbal and written communication • Excellent customer service and stakeholder engagement skills • Ability to handle multiple priorities with strong attention to detailEducation• Bachelor's degree required (BA/BS)
