You will be the face of our firm, setting a warm, professional tone the moment they walk through our doors. What You’ll Bring Energetic Host: You have a natural talent to make everyone feel special. Impeccable Polish: A professional appearance with a positive, calm manner. Proactive Problem Solver: A "can-do" hospitality attitude, with multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting. Hospitality Experience: 1+ years in hotel guest services, resort concierge, high-end restaurant hosting, or event services. What You’ll Do Create Exceptional Experiences: Greet clients warmly the moment they arrive, deliver luxury-level hospitality, and ensure their visit exceeds expectations. Concierge Support: Create a flawless, welcoming atmosphere in our front lobby. Organize the coffee station, prepare conference rooms and ensure our office is pristine and inviting. Coordinate Details: Manage visit calendars, mail delivery, office supplies and support our client events. Manage Communications: Confirm visits and route incoming calls with warmth and efficiency. What We Offer Competitive Compensation: Salary range of $50,000 - $55,000 based on experience.
