Senior Digital Marketing Manager

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager leads the execution and optimization of digital content and audience growth strategies across organic channels, campaigns, and emerging platforms. This role helps bring FOCUS’ mission to life through compelling digital storytelling, strategic campaign execution, and data-informed audience engagement. By translating organizational priorities and brand strategy into platform-specific content and distribution plans, this individual helps expand the reach and impact of FOCUS’ evangelistic mission. This role ensures content is mission-aligned, audience-centered, and optimized to drive engagement, growth, and conversion across digital channels. Salary Range: $75,000–$85,000 annually, depending on experience. Position Responsibilities Digital Content & Campaign Execution Lead execution of digital content strategies across social media, blog, and campaign channels. Build and manage integrated content calendars aligned with organizational priorities, campaigns, and key seasonal moments. Ensure content is delivered with consistency, quality, and strategic alignment across platforms. Support national initiatives such as SEEK, missionary recruitment, fundraising campaigns, and audience engagement efforts. Audience Growth & Optimization Lead testing and optimization across messaging, creative formats, posting strategies, and distribution tactics. Analyze performance data and audience behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Continuously refine content and channel strategies based on insights and platform trends. Channel Strategy & Storytelling Translate campaign priorities and brand messaging into clear, platform-specific content strategies. Adapt storytelling approaches to fit audience behaviors and platform nuances. Stay informed on emerging digital trends, platform updates, and content formats to help evolve FOCUS’ digital presence. Ensure clarity, consistency, and cohesion in how FOCUS communicates across channels. Creative & Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with Brand & Creative teams to execute a cohesive creative vision across digital channels. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support organizational campaigns and communication priorities. Provide strategic input on content structure, audience engagement, and platform best practices. Qualifications 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, social media, or audience growth. Strong understanding of digital storytelling, content strategy, and platform-specific best practices. Experience managing integrated campaigns and content calendars across multiple channels. Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools such as GA4 and native platform insights. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent written communication and editorial instincts.
