Nurse Care Manager: Veteran-Centric Clinic Leader

STG International

STGi is seeking a Registered Nurse Care Manager to serve at our Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Savannah, Tennessee. You will represent veteran patients, coordinate care with VA medical centers, and manage patient flow and clinical documentation according to facility protocols. The RN will provide professional clinical services under the direction of the CBOC, lead triage activities, supervise care staff, and participate in performance improvement initiatives within the VA care network. #J-18808-Ljbffr STG International
