Come join us at our newly opened Manufacturing Facility Details you want to know Shift: Night Shift 6pm-6am 12-hour shifts with alternating weekends. Pay: Associates start at $24.25 hourly rate. Operate equipment safely and efficiently, including cleaning and basic maintenance. Champion safety and quality, maintaining food safety and quality by following strict guidelines. Manage materials using an ERP system for batching paperwork and bulk bag handling. Work as a team, upholding company values: respect, integrity, teamwork. Sanitize heavy machinery and equipment. Experience that you need to succeed Ability to work in cold and warm environments. Capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced setting. Physical strength to lift up to 50 lbs. Experience with or ability to perform minor equipment changeovers. Proficiency using ERP systems for material handling and HMI for ingredient delivery. Team‑oriented mindset with commitment to values. Ability to complete batching and traceability paperwork accurately. Must own or be willing to acquire steel‑toe boots.
