Summary of Duties and Responsibilities The BCS Intake Specialist maintains expertise of the Firm’s Intake and Aderant Billing systems to ensure compliance with client billing requirements; monitors Alternative Fee Arrangements (AFAs) and their approvals and related record keeping; works with Billing Specialists to ensure other set-ups for new clients/matters are timely completed. Other responsibilities for this role include preparing ad hoc reports for BCS staff, Client Services Lawyers, and others; and assisting in the annual review of alternative billing arrangements (AFAs). Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Minimum three years of experience in Legal or Professional Services Billing. Advanced Excel required; Aderant preferred. Compensation is determined upon the market in which the position is located, the responsibilities of the position, the experience and skills of the applicant, and other job-related factors.
