Develop, implement and monitor operating budgets for areas of responsibility. Maintain knowledge of industry trends and recommend cost effective and efficient solutions. Serve as liaison between Board of Directors, executive leadership, management, stakeholders, financial institutions, and regulatory agencies. Formulate and oversee the organization's planning, policies and practices in collaboration with executive leadership. Education Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred. Work Experience 10 years of experience required. 15 years of experience preferred. 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
