Are you a digital marketing maestro ready to make a significant impact on how a global tech leader attracts its most senior technical talent? In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind recruitment marketing campaigns, directly influencing the acquisition of top-tier engineering talent. You will leverage your expertise to craft and execute compelling digital strategies, ensuring the organization continues to attract the visionary leaders who will shape its next generation of products and services.

What You'll Do

• Lead the execution and delivery of recruitment marketing campaigns, translating strategic briefs into impactful digital initiatives.
• Collaborate with business and recruiting leaders to refine campaign messaging and adapt creative assets for maximum resonance.
• Partner closely with external agencies to oversee creative development, media plan construction, and seamless campaign launches.
• Drive hands-on campaign execution across key digital channels, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn and Paid Search.
• Manage vendor and agency relationships, ensuring all deliverables meet high standards for quality and are completed on time.
• Continuously monitor live campaign performance, analyzing key metrics such as delivery, applicant quality, impressions, and clicks to optimize tactics.
• Integrate community-focused messaging into broader marketing strategies, maintaining brand consistency across all global business units.

What You'll Bring

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or campaign management.
• Demonstrated success in running paid digital campaigns, particularly on LinkedIn and through Paid Search platforms.
• Proven experience in managing agency partners and external vendors for media planning and creative delivery.
• Strong analytical capabilities to effectively track campaign metrics (impressions, CTR, applicant quality) and drive performance optimization.
• An adaptable and flexible mindset, coupled with the ability to operate at a fast pace while maintaining a high standard of creative execution.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or technical talent attraction.
• Experience executing marketing campaigns specifically targeting technical or specialized audiences (e.g., engineering, cloud, AI, developers).
• A track record of translating complex campaign briefs into executable, end-to-end media strategies.
