Our client, a technology company, is looking to hire a Senior Digital Marketing Manager in Seattle, WA (Hybrid). Pay Rate Range: $52/h - $60/h, depending on experience. The Principal Engineer Programs Team, a team within Executive Staffing Organization, is seeking a Senior Marketing Leader to develop an employer brand strategy.

We are seeking an experienced leader to set the strategy for our recruitment channel marketing program. You will start from ground zero to design and implement a global strategy to attract top talent. You have end-to-end ownership of this program -- from developing the strategy, gathering stakeholder buy-in, implementing tactics, and measuring KPIs. Our greatest asset in this space is our people! You will work closely with executive technical leaders to tell their story as part of a peer-to-peer marketing strategy.

You will partner closely with employer brand and marketing leads from each organization to ensure the PE Community Brand has synergy with each business's strategy and in reverse, weave our messaging into their strategy.

Working across every business in over 30 global locations, there is no shortage of scope for this position. It will require you to be passionately customer-obsessed, putting yourself in the shoes of a technical leader. To succeed, you will need to demonstrate you are a strategic thinker with strong marketing, advertising, and employer brand experience.

Looking for someone who can own agency relationships, coordinate campaign execution, support the broader marketing strategy and keep you up to date with reporting.

In addition to the dedicated resource, you will also have the support of a TCC Manager who will oversee delivery, coach the resource behind the scenes, and serve as your primary point of contact for escalations, requests, and ongoing program support.
