To support employees, we provide free therapy visits, mental health coaching and tools, and meditation resources.You’ll also enjoy a generous paid time off package that includes not only vacation and sick time, but also Wellnessand Volunteer Time Off days.Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.ResponsibilitiesArchitect, design, and present complex Digital Workspace solutions that integrate hardware, software, cloud services, security, and professional services into comprehensive customer solutions.Partner with Sales, Product Management, and Solution Architecture teams to develop technical strategies that drive revenue growth and expand customer relationships.Lead customer discovery sessions, requirements gathering, workshops, and technical assessments to understand businessobjectivesand translate them into solution architectures.Support pre-sales engagements by developing proposals, statements of work, solution designs, technical presentations, demonstrations, proof-of-concept environments, and responding to RFPs.Identifyopportunities for upselling and cross-selling Microsoft, cloud, security, collaboration,andendpoint management,whilemaintaininga services centric mentality.Create andmaintaincustomer-facing demonstrations, lab environments, and technical enablement resources thatshowcasesolution capabilities and business value.Assistin developing new service offerings, solution packages, and go-to-market initiatives that enhance customer experience and expand Connection's solutions portfolio.Provide technical leadership during implementation and deployment projects, working independently or alongside delivery and engineering teams.Monitor industry trends,andemergingtechnologies, making recommendations that support innovative new service offers.Maintain advanced technical certifications and continuously expandexpertiseacross Microsoft, cloud, security, and Digital Workspace technologies.RequirementsPreferred Technical ExpertiseMicrosoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Power Platform.Microsoft 365 Copilot and generative AI solutions (horizontal and vertical).Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Identity Governance, and Zero Trust Security.Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, Mobile Device Management (MDM), Mobile Application Management (MAM).Microsoft Security Solutions, including Defender, Purview, and Compliance technologies.Qualifications10+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Cloud Architecture, Systems Engineering, or Technical Presales roles.Proven success designing, selling, and delivering enterprise Microsoft and cloud solutions.Strong customer-facing experience with executive presentations, solution workshops, and consultative selling engagements.Deep understanding of modernworkplace solutions includingclientvirtualization, security, identity,data, AI,and cloud services.Experience developing technical strategies that support revenue growth, customer success, and long-term technology roadmaps.Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes.Preferred CertificationsExperience aligned with MS-102, MD-102, SC-100, SC-300, SC-401, PL-900, AB-100, AB-620technologies and best practices.Additional Microsoft, Citrix, Cisco,Omnissa,Jamf,Apple,or security certifications are highly desirable.If you are a strategic technology leader who thrives at the intersection of architecture, consulting, sales, and customer success, we encourage you to apply and help shape the future of modern Digital Workspace solutions.Because of the possibility for fraudulent job postings on many popular job boards, please be advised that Connection will never offer a position of employment without a complete interview process, communication with a live person, and a signed offer letter.SummaryIndustry: Information Technology and ServicesJob Family: Technology Solutions and Sales SupportLevel: Full Time
