Purpose of Position The Technical Services Manager is responsible for the reliability of the assigned fleet(s). Specifically related to strategic maintenance. Tasks and Responsibilities Ensures the NetJets fleet is maintained to uncompromising Safety standards at all times Prepares and presents the Fleet Reliability Report (FRR) Monitors technical trends and assists in identifying chronic aircraft Reviews OEM Service Bulletins or Letters Prioritizes projects and creates a business case for fleet campaigns or improvements Performs root cause analysis Works with OEM to resolve technical issues Note It is not possible to list all required job duties on this form. Education Bachelor's in Aeronautical Certifications and Licenses FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Years Of Experience 8-10 years of experience Core Competencies Adaptability Collaboration Curiosity Service-Oriented Strives for Positive Results Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And Other (KSAOs) Five years of hands on experience in aviation maintenance Good analytical and problem-solving abilities Project management experience A working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint Experience with data mining tools (Tableau, SAS or SQL) Written and oral communication skills Strong leadership skill set with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in creating and communicating business cases and cost benefit analysis How NetJets Supports You NetJets is proud to provide a variety of attractive benefits to our employees, including many at no cost.
