Specialty: ED - Emergency Department Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, rotating Employment Type: Travel # Beds/Trauma Bays: 2 ER rooms with 1 overflow room if needed. Nurse: Patient Ratios: 2 patients per nurse- Charge. Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (TNCC preference). Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Acute illnesses, Lacerations, ortho, Trauma, cardiac- ship out STEMI. Experience: ER experience in similar settings. Shifts & Scheduling: Self Scheduling, 7-7 manager to balance, consider block. Scheduling on a case-to-case basis. Weekend Requirements: Every other potentially every third weekend. Holiday Requirements: Every other. Is there call or a standby requirement: Low census on-call for extra shifts. Floating Requirements: Float to MS units.
