$15.16 - $16 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and arrange banquet spaces according to event specifications, ensuring every detail aligns with our guests' vision.
• Collaborate closely with the events team to understand setup requirements and deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of tables, chairs, and other event equipment with precision and care.
• Respond promptly to guest requests during events, showcasing our commitment to outstanding hospitality.
• Monitor inventory levels of banquet supplies, coordinating with the team to ensure seamless operations.
• Support the team in troubleshooting any setup challenges, fostering a culture of problem-solving and teamwork.

Qualifications:

• Experience in event setup or hospitality roles, showcasing your ability to create memorable guest experiences.

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, ensuring the safe and efficient setup of banquet spaces.

• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the events team and respond to guest needs promptly.

• Proven track record of maintaining cleanliness and organization in high-traffic areas, contributing to a welcoming environment.

• Attention to detail in following event specifications, ensuring every setup aligns with guests' visions.

• Ability to work flexible hours (open availability), including evenings and weekends, to meet the demands of our dynamic event schedule.

• Experience in inventory management, helping to maintain adequate supplies for seamless event operations.
