Senior Technical RecruiterTechstra Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to support the recruitment of technology professionals across banking and financial services clients. This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, and consistently delivers high-quality candidates within aggressive timelines.The Senior Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting across a variety of technical and functional roles, including Business Analysts, Developers, QA professionals, and other technology positions within the banking domain.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruiting for IT and technology roles within banking and financial servicesManage multiple active requisitions simultaneously while prioritizing urgent hiring needsPartner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, must-have skills, and timelinesProactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channelsConduct candidate screening and assessments while maintaining a strong focus on qualityCoordinate interviews, feedback, candidate communications, and offer processesDevelop and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill technology positionsSupport offer negotiations, onboarding, and start-date coordinationTrack recruiting activity, candidate submissions, interviews, and hires within the ATSProvide regular recruiting metrics, pipeline updates, and hiring status reportsMaintain strong candidate relationships throughout the recruiting processEnsure compliance with client, regulatory, and internal hiring standardsRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, IT staffing, or talent acquisitionProven experience recruiting for technical and functional IT rolesExperience supporting banking or financial services clientsStrong understanding of roles such as Business Analysts, Developers, QA, Project Managers, and other technology professionalsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlinesHands-on experience with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and sourcing toolsStrong communication, organizational, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skillsResults-driven mindset with a focus on quality, speed, and accountabilityPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with W2, contract, consulting, and direct-hire staffing modelsStrong understanding of recruiting metrics, including submissions, interviews, hires, time-to-fill, and pipeline activityEstablished network of IT professionals within the banking and financial services industryAbout Techstra SolutionsTechstra Solutions helps leading organizations unlock the value of Digital and Talent Transformation.
