We are a Chicago-based law firm seeking a Marketing & Website Guru to lead, execute, and continuously elevate our marketing initiatives. This is not a "maintain the status quo" role-we're looking for someone who wants to build, refine, and innovate.

This is a full-time, in-office position. A part-time role will be considered for an exceptional candidate.

Compensation: Competitive full-time salary range of $55,000 - $68,000, based on experience. Benefits to full-time employees include paid holidays, paid vacation time, health, dental, vision, Life insurance, and 401(k).

Responsibilities

• Manage marketing initiatives from concept through execution
• Oversee and continuously improve website performance, content, SEO, and user experience
• Create compelling, clear, and persuasive written content across platforms, including social media
• Develop and implement creative campaigns that reflect our mission and values
• Track, analyze, and optimize performance metrics to drive growth
• Collaborate with leadership to shape brand voice and strategic direction
• Bring fresh ideas-and the discipline to execute them effectively

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, websites, and analytics

• Experience with media buying and video editing is a plus
• College degree
• 3+ years' experience in a similar role
