Compensation Range (pending experience): OTE $175k ( $125k base + reliable $25k target bonus + $25k long term incentive target ) About the Role This individual will be a Technical Accounting Manager for a well‑capitalized company where your public accounting background translates into meaningful ownership over financial reporting and project work, not just another spot in a large hierarchy. You’ll gain broad exposure to operations, work closely with senior leaders, and be trusted with real responsibility in a flexible, professional environment.
