Accounting Manager

We’re seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager to lead our accounting operations across multiple entities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys mentoring teams, and is passionate about improving systems and processes. What You’ll Do: Oversee and manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. Maintain and enhance accounting systems and processes, with a strong focus on Sage Intacct. Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies. Collaborate with FP&A, tax teams, and external auditors to support reporting and audit requirements. Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and scalability. Analyze financial data and explain variances to stakeholders. Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial data flow. Support special projects and strategic initiatives as needed. What You Bring: Percentage of Completion Exposure Required Proven experience in accounting leadership roles. Strong knowledge of Sage Intacct and financial reporting systems. Deep understanding of GAAP and audit processes. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
