Accounting Manager

This is a highly visible Accounting Manager role where you'll partner closely with business unit leaders, help elevate the accounting team, and play a key role in improving processes, financial reporting, and operational collaboration. Key Responsibilities Lead the monthly close process, ensuring an accurate and timely 5-business-day close. Manage end-to-end month-end accounting activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and compliance with accounting standards. Partner with FP&A and operational leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis while ensuring accounting accuracy. Review accounting processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, controls, and reporting across the organization. Mentor and develop a growing accounting team while helping establish a collaborative, high‑performing culture. Build strong relationships with business unit leadership and serve as a trusted accounting partner across the organization. Assist with technical accounting matters, financial statement preparation, and special projects as needed. Support process improvement initiatives as the accounting organization continues to evolve and strengthen. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required. Manufacturing accounting experience required. Prior accounting leadership or management experience with responsibility for month-end close. Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and accounting operations. Experience partnering with FP&A and operations is highly preferred. CPA is a plus. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization. #J-18808-Ljbffr
