Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator will support the Strategy & Impact Business Enablement team by facilitating and coordinating multiple concurrent projects. This role involves managing project schedules, documentation, stakeholder communications, and supporting Agile and traditional project delivery methodologies to ensure successful project outcomes. Responsibilities:

• Maintain project schedules, status reports, and documentation across multiple projects.
• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
• Support requirements gathering, documentation, and backlog management activities.
• Assist with scope definition, change management, risk, issue, and dependency tracking.
• Translate business discussions into actionable project artifacts such as user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support Agile, hybrid, and traditional delivery approaches including sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Prepare project governance materials including status reports, decision logs, and RAID logs.
• Develop project metrics, dashboards, and executive reports to monitor performance.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and project teams.
• Utilize project management and collaboration tools to support delivery and coordination.

• 3 5 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or related roles.
• Experience supporting requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping.
• Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, governance, risk, and change management.
• Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, and traditional project delivery methodologies.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools, including Microsoft 365.
• Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Commerce, Project Management, IT, or related field.

• Progress toward or completion of recognized project management certifications (CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, Agile).
• Experience with multiple project management methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.
• Business analysis or requirements coordination experience.
• Experience facilitating workshops and backlog creation activities.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear project artifacts.
