Job Title:  Order Management Representative/Project Coordinator

Location:  Toronto, ON

Employment Type: 3-month Contract

Compensation: $25-$28/hr

About the Opportunity:

Provide administrative support to the order management team responsible for the order to cash cycle for single phase and three-phase Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS) products and projects.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Cancelling and adjusting order lines
* Retrieving invoices from a centralized web application and ensure timely submission to customers via email
* General order management administration and data cleanup as instructed

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or administrative role
* Post secondary diploma or degree from an accredited institution
* No relocation provided. Candidates must reside within 80 km of Toronto, ON to be considered

Preferred:
* Preference to bilingual (English/French)
* Minimum of 2 years in a Project Management discipline
* Engineering Technology Diploma or a University Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution

Position Criteria:
* Strong computer skills with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and the Internet
* Candidate may be required to work flex hours to accommodate national requirements
* Previous experience working in a fast-paced office environment
* Extensive high-volume keyboarding on a daily basis
