Fraud Analyst / Fraud Management Specialist
Seeking a Fraud Analyst with at least 1 year of experience in fraud investigation, customer service, or call center operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and investigate potential fraudulent activities and identity theft cases
- Handle inbound calls and fraud-related escalations
- Verify customer identity using internal and external tools
- Analyze data, research fraud trends, and recommend solutions
- Support fraud prevention initiatives and process improvements
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve fraud concerns
Required Skills:
- 1+ year of experience in Fraud, Customer Service, or Call Center environments
- Strong communication, listening, and phone skills
- Experience working in a Windows-based environment and navigating multiple systems
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred:
- Fraud investigation or identity verification experience
- Experience using collaboration tools such as Slack.
