Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift

Education and Qualifications Prior supervisory experience preferred 5+ years’ experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred. Computer proficiency in a Windows‑based environment utilizing Microsoft Office. Strong focus on improving efficiencies. Focus on quality and safety Team management and coaching Excellent organizational skills Prior experience supervising in a union environment. Effective oral and written communication and presentation skills. Must have the ability to work overtime and weekends as required. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen and Kanban Must be able to lead projects.
