Bilingual Housing Case Manager — Behavioral Health

Healthcare Alternative Systems (HAS) is seeking a Housing Case Manager to provide client-centered housing and case management for individuals and families across a continuum of behavioral health services in the Chicagoland area. You will manage a caseload, connect clients with landlords and community resources, guide them through housing searches, and help with move-in planning while maintaining detailed records and collaborating with the treatment team. #J-18808-Ljbffr Priority Dispatch Corp.
