If you're looking for a place where your work is valued and you can grow, we’d love to meet you.### ### **What We Offer*** Competitive pay: **$35–$45/hour*** **Flexible PRN scheduling*** **Reliable hours available*** **PRN opportunities** within the largest network in South Carolina* Potential for **full-time opportunities*** Supportive, collaborative rehab team### ### **Position Summary**As a **Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)**, you will work under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide therapeutic services that help residents improve independence and daily functioning.### **Key Responsibilities*** Provide **direct patient care** as directed by the Occupational Therapist* Assist residents with improving **activities of daily living (ADLs)*** Follow physician treatment plans and therapy goals* Document daily treatments and **weekly progress notes** in accordance with regulations* Monitor and report patient progress to the therapy team* Assist with **discharge planning and caregiver education*** Participate in care plan meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration* Help maintain a clean, safe therapy environment* Assist with training Restorative Aides as needed### **Qualifications*** Associate degree from an accredited **Occupational Therapy Assistant program*** Active, unencumbered **COTA license in South Carolina (required)*** Experience in a **long-term care or rehab setting preferred*** Familiarity with **PointClickCare (PCC) and Casamba preferred*** Strong communication and teamwork skills* Compassion for an underserved population### ### **Why Join Cherrydale Post Acute?**At Cherrydale, you’re more than just an employee—you’re part of a team that values your skills, supports your growth, and allows you to make a real impact on residents’ lives.We are an equal opportunity employer.
