Professional Fleet Maintenance (PFM) is a fast-growing fleet and truck repair company looking for a full-time Service Advisor to join our team in Fort Lauderdale . If you're organized, motivated, enjoy helping customers, and want a long-term career with opportunities to grow, we'd love to meet you!
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of automotive, or service advisor experience
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record
- Stable, verifiable work history
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
Responsibilities
- Order automotive and truck parts
- Follow up with customers regarding repairs and updates
- Assist service advisors with daily operations
- Manage inventory and parts organization
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Help keep the shop running efficiently
- Maintain professional communication with customers and coworkers
