As a key member of our team, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued service customershelping to ensure every visit starts with a great experience. About the Role As our Service BDC Agent you will join our team to perform these daily duties: Handle inbound service calls Schedule appointments Provide professional communication that sets the tone for our high standard of care. You'll ensure "Business Development" is a key component of everything you doreach out to current and potential customers. We need to GROW! Make outbound calls for appointment reminders Maintenance follow-ups, and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to optimize workflow and accuracy. Maintain accurate records using our CRM and scheduling tools. Support our team in delivering a seamless and premium customer experience. Reach out to customers to introduce them to Sheehan Buick GMC. You'll be a key player in growing our customer base. Ideal Candidate Prior experience in a BDC, call center, or customer service role (automotive preferred). Strong phone communication and active listening skills. Comfortable with technology, CRM systems, and scheduling platforms Organized, efficient, and capable of multitasking in a high-volume environment. A team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
