Warehouse LeadWarehouse Team Lead Pay: $21-23Warehouse Team Lead Shift: 1st Shift Monday- Friday 6am-230pmWarehouse Lead Duties And ResponsibilitiesLeads logistics warehouse and logistics processes through consistent product availability, warehouse productivity, inventory program, asset preservation and reliability, and cost reduction while consistently meeting and exceeding quality assurance standards. Assist in directing and managing the activities of the direct reports. Ensures compliance. Collaborate with the management to develop goals, objectives and measurements for department performance, to ensure alignment with the company logistics. Ensure accurate and timely updating of reports. Ensure that inventory levels and turn goals are achieved.Warehouse Lead Qualifications And SkillsHigh school diploma or GED required. Minimum 1 year in a lead role in a third party logistics (3PL), distribution center, operations and inventory or equivalent Hands-on work attitude, strong floor presence and ability to lead by example are required attributes. Ability to develop standard operating procedures Ability to effectively operate in any organizational structure and interface with all levels of the organization Ability to effectively manage changing and conflicting priorities and resolve appropriately in a fast-paced environment Strong employee relations, interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills Demonstrates strong oral and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Strong attention to detail required Experience in a high security environment a plus May assist supervisor with employee timecards and administrative work
