About the Role
The Company is in search of a visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead its organization through a significant growth phase, with a focus on expanding its annual budget and broadening its funder base. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and driving the organizational strategy, serving as a strategic thought partner to key stakeholders, and leading a robust philanthropic partnerships function. This role requires a leader with a minimum of 15 years' executive experience in a high-impact, national nonprofit, government, or similar field, and a proven track record in cultivating and diversifying significant revenue streams. The CEO will also be tasked with guiding the continuous refinement of the organization's fellowship model, setting a strong organizational culture, and managing a remote team of dedicated staff.
