Registered Nurse – Telemetry (Epic)

Contract | Days | 36–48 Hours per Week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a telemetry unit during an Epic EMR conversion period
• Monitor and assess patients requiring continuous cardiac telemetry monitoring
• Document all patient care activities accurately within the Epic EMR system
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Adhere to unit protocols, policies, and procedures throughout the duration of the contract

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Hands-on experience with Epic EMR within the last 5 years
• Hands-on experience with Cerner EMR within the last 5 years
• Each position in work history must clearly identify the charting system used; if multiple EMR systems were used within a single role, dates clarifying usage of each system must be provided
• Must have completed at least one full employment or contract assignment with a healthcare organization
• Firm start date — no requests for time off (RTO) will be considered

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience supporting or working through an EMR conversion or system go-live
• Background in telemetry or cardiac monitoring in an acute care setting
