Job Description: Are you a Business Analyst professional located in Charlotte NC? Details: $58 - $60 per hour pay rate Full Time Contract Hybrid in Charlotte NC (mostly remote but must be able to commute to office) 8am - 5pm ET What's in it for you? Only considering candidates with the following: Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in CRM or enterprise systems Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, and/or Salesforce Experience Cloud Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements Experience supporting system implementations, testing, and deployments Exposure to Agile/Scrum project environments Knowledge of Salesforce configuration (objects, workflows, flows, reports, dashboards) Responsibilities: Define functional and technical solutions to business problems using Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Salesforce Experience Cloud Meet with business stakeholders and partners to gather requirements and analyze data to develop solutions Confer with relevant personnel to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented functionality Test and document new functionality for business stakeholders Document findings and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, functions, or organizational changes $58.00 - $60.00 / hr #J-18808-Ljbffr swipejobs
