Our mission at e3 Consulting is to provide a community touch-base that embraces a holistic approach in an active effort to promote extensive academic, social, emotional, and physical enrichment for students in collaboration with their families, schools, and other supportive professionals. POSITION OVERVIEW The Academic Specialist at e3 Consulting provides personalized academic support to a diverse student population, including homeschooled and public/private school students. This role suits a passionate educator who thrives in a collaborative, student-centered environment. This role partners with students, families, and interdisciplinary teams to promote academic success, build executive functioning skills, and support social-emotional growth. It requires a flexible, empathetic, and proactive individual who can adapt instruction to each learner’s needs while serving as a mentor and advocate. The ideal candidate embraces e3’s holistic approach and is committed to helping students reach their full potential in and out of the classroom. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Teach and support students 5th-9th in all subjects Assist in homework completion, test preparation, and general organization for students Promote student growth, self-awareness, and educational achievement Monitor subject matters and study skills Maintain verbal and written feedback with parents, teachers, and therapists Mentor and promote social and emotional wellness. Other duties as needed QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree Strong academic skills across the board Experience with special needs students (academic and social-emotional) Ability to communicate and problem solve effectively with both children and adults Dexterity in working collaboratively as a team with school teachers, specialists, therapists, and parents Excellent time management and organizational skills Understanding of individual learning styles KEY SKILLS Analysis and Assessment Judgment Problem Solving Planning and Organization Attention to Detail Coaching CULTURE REQUIREMENTS Collaboration & Respect – Must foster a supportive and inclusive environment where every team member feels valued.
