Quick Facts: Location: Gettysburg, PA Start Date: 05/26/2026 End Date: 08/25/2026 Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (includes one-hour lunch) Hours/week: 40 hours Employment Type: Contract / Temporary License/Certs: PA or IMLC LOQ, DEA required, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology Experience: Minimum 3 years preferred, new grads considered with clean credentials Pay & Benefits: Hourly Pay Rate: $443.43 Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time according to applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do: Perform general urology consultations, hospital rounds, and outpatient care Conduct ureteroscopies and other specialized procedures Cover clinic, hospital rounding, and occasional daytime consults Collaborate with a dedicated team of medical assistants, LPNs, and support staff Use EPIC EMR system for documentation and patient management Provide high-quality care to a diverse adult patient population (no peds) Assist with OR procedures and patient follow-up What You Need: Active PA license or IMLC LOQ in hand before start date DEA certification Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in general urology Strong interpersonal and clinical skills Ability to work independently with a proactive approach About the Assignment: Join a well-established urology practice in Gettysburg featuring a modern facility with 9 exam rooms and 3 procedure rooms.
