Quick Facts Location: Gettysburg, PA Start Date: 05/26/2026 End Date: 08/25/2026 Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday (mix of hospital rounds, OR, and clinic) Hours/Week: 40 Employment Type: Contract License/Certs: PA or IMLC LOQ, DEA, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology Experience: Minimum 3 years preferred; new grads considered with a clean file Patients per day: 40–70 Special Procedures: Ureteroscopies Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $443.43 Benefits Include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with laws Travel, licensure, certification, and other reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated support team committed to your success What You’ll Do Provide outpatient urology care in a modern clinic environment Perform procedures such as ureteroscopies Conduct hospital rounds, consults, and surgical procedures Manage patient cases independently within a supportive team Collaborate with multi-disciplinary staff to deliver quality care Cover daytime hospital call (includes rounds, consults, OR, and clinic) Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC EMR What You Need Active PA license or IMLC LOQ in hand DEA certification Board certification or eligibility in Urology Minimum of 3 years of experience preferred; open to new graduates with a clean file Excellent clinical skills and ability to work collaboratively About the Assignment Join a leading facility in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, committed to excellence in urological care.
