Project Manager

Description Manage construction projects from award through completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and owners. Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates. Review contracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals. Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Mentor project engineers and support project teams. Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Profile Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor in Automotive, Office, Education, Entertainment, Restaurants, Healthcare, Residential, Industrial, and Retail Proven experience managing projects within several of the following sectors: Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and cost control. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
