Senior Product Manager
\nLocation: Remote in the United States (ET/CT) | Travel: Occasional travel to NYC or Atlanta

\nReports To: Vice President, Product
\n \nResponsibilities
\n- \n
- Leading product strategy, roadmap, customer experience, adoption, retention, expansion \n
- Owning intelligence and matching capabilities for an emerging AI product \n
- Defining the product vision + lifecycle – customer discovery, delivery, launch, measurement, and iteration \n
- Owning systematic matching logic, replacing manual matching with product-driven intelligence \n
- Translating customer questions into real product capabilities \n
- Partnering with data scientists to define, test, and validate signals and hypotheses \n
- Defining requirements for dashboards, benchmarks, alerts, competitive intelligence, reporting \n
- Monitoring KPIs – identifying where customers disengage, leading improvements to UX \n
- Partnering with GTM teams on positioning, packaging launches, training, and sales enablement \n
Requirements
\n- \n
- 5+ years of experience in product management with a focus on B2B data, analytics, and/or AI-enabled software products \n
- Understanding of LLM, generative engine optimization, recommendation systems, citations, sentiment analysis \n
- Experience taking complex data and turning it into clear, actionable customer experiences \n
- Experience partnering with data scientists and engineers on experimentation, data quality, signal development, ranking, or ML products \n
- Strong customer discovery skills and ability to engage with users throughout the lifecycle \n
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to different audiences \n
- Startup experience is required – fast-moving environments, small teams, high visibility/ownership \n
