These positions are 100% ONSITE in Lakeland, FL and are NOT remote positions.

• Healthcare Customer Service Specialist

Event Details:

• Date: Friday, September 4th, 2026

• Time: 10:00am EST – 4:00pm EST

• Location: Lakeland, FL - ONSITE

What to Expect:

This is an onsite, interview-focused hiring event designed to fast-track qualified candidates through our hiring process.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

✔ Strong communication and customer service skills
✔ Healthcare, medical billing, insurance follow-up, collections, or call center experience preferred
✔ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
✔ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
✔ Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn
✔ Ability to work onsite in Lakeland, FL

Compensation:

• Healthcare Customer Service Specialist: $16 -$18.00 per hour ( based on experience )

• Additional BONUS opportunity: Customer Service positions may also be eligible for a $500 quarterly bonus based on production and quality performance.
