In this role, you will be instrumental in navigating the intricate landscape of real estate licensing, ensuring that all company and individual licenses meet state and federal requirements. Your meticulous research, analytical skills, and proactive approach will directly support business operations, mitigate risks, and uphold the company's reputation for compliance excellence. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough research on licensing topics with regulatory agencies. Analyze brokerage and individual license requirements and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines. Maintain, monitor, and update data in an internal licensing management system for individual and company license work. Pull and administer licensing reports for compliance teams, management teams, and business stakeholders. Coordinate communication with regulatory bodies, designated brokers, and internal stakeholders regarding licensing matters. Complete license verification checks with agencies and escalate exceptions to management. Reconcile expenses related to license applications, renewals, and general license maintenance. Complete administrative tasks such as ordering licensing documentation from regulatory agencies. Submit new license, reciprocal, amendment, renewal, and surrender filings via agency portals. Review and advise licensees on requirements for new and reciprocal licenses, including broker agreement execution. Monitor licensee rosters and ensure upcoming renewal and continuing education deadlines are met. Facilitate and complete documentation signings with designated brokers and individual licensees during onboarding and renewals. Multitask and work independently to deliver high quality service and results in a dynamic environment. What You Bring At least 5 years of experience handling real estate brokerage licensing, compliance, or equivalent experience in a regulated industry. Ability to understand the regulatory framework and industry practices applicable to real estate brokerage licensing at both the individual and entity level. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Experience with exposure to confidential information and an understanding of the importance of maintaining such confidentiality including legal, financial, and personal information. Proven analytical ability and initiative. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience in document management and electronic record keeping. Ability to effectively handle shifting priorities and adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Proficient within the Microsoft and Google suites. Bonus Points Bachelor's Degree preferred. Experience with regulatory agency portals preferred.
