Compliance & Certification Specialist (LIHTC/HUD)

Allied Residential in Renton, WA is seeking a Compliance Specialist to ensure our properties meet regulatory standards. You will review certification files, coordinate with onsite staff, and prepare compliance reports to support funders and internal teams.
