Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Prior experience working in schools or with school-aged children
• Familiarity with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) interventions and strategies
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to design and implement individualized education plans (IEP)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to students with a focus on those diagnosed with ASD
• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs
• Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support student learning
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and maintain timely documentation
• Provide regular progress updates and adapt strategies as needed
• Engage in ongoing communication with families and staff to maximize student success
