Receiving supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Receiving Supervisor to lead our receiving operations and ensure the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of all incoming materials. This role is essential to maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting operational efficiency, and ensuring audit readiness in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities

Oversee daily receiving operations to ensure accurate and efficient processing of incoming shipments

Coordinate & manage material receipt accuracy by verifying piece count and shipment integrity.

Ensure required documentation such as packing list and C of As are received with the shipment and shipment matches the packing list/BoL.

Verify accuracy of quantity, part number and lot number of receipts.

In case of discrepancy, communicate with Purchasing Dept. for corrected/missing documents such as POs, BoL/Packing List, CoA etc.

Maintain a written receiving record logbook of all inbound receipts.

Accurately enter all receipts of bulk products and raw materials into appropriate ERP system(s) in a timely manner.

Maintain and distribute copies of necessary documents to QA/QC and accounting departments.

Participate in conducting inventory counts and resolving discrepancies.

Monitor receiving activity to identify discrepancies, errors, or process gaps

Supervise receiving staff to ensure adherence to company procedures and performance expectations

Coordinate scheduling and workflow for receiving operations

Support compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and operational controls
