Luxury Automotive Technician

Automotive Technician — $75,000–$150,000 | No Weekends

Lovering Volvo Cars Concord| Concord, NH
Full-Time | Air-Conditioned Shop | Monday–Friday | Family-Owned

Make More. Flag More. Keep Your Weekends.

If you’re a good technician, you have options.

So why work somewhere that doesn’t have enough hours, makes you fight for work, keeps you there on Saturdays, or doesn’t give you the support you need to produce?

Lovering Volvo Cars Concord is looking for an experienced Automotive Technician to join our growing service department.

We offer a busy shop, excellent earning potential, an air-conditioned facility, strong support, ongoing training—and no weekends.

Compensation: $75,000–$150,000+

Our shop stays busy year-round, and there are plenty of hours available for technicians who want to produce.

Our top technicians consistently flag 15+ hours per day.

If you can produce, we have the work and resources to help you earn.

Why Technicians Choose Lovering

No Weekends. Ever.

Monday through Friday means exactly that. Our service department is closed Saturdays and Sundays.

Your weekends belong to you.

Plenty of Work

One of the biggest frustrations for a flat-rate technician is being ready to work and not having enough work to turn.

That isn't the environment we're trying to create.

We maintain a busy service operation and focus on giving our technicians the workflow, parts support, processes, and resources they need to be productive.

Air-Conditioned Shop

You spend your career in the shop. Your working environment matters.

Work year-round in a modern, air-conditioned facility.

Strong Earning Potential

We want productive technicians to make great money.

Compensation is highly competitive and based on experience, skill level, certifications, and production.

Family-Owned & Operated

Lovering has been family-owned for decades. We believe in treating people fairly, investing in our employees, and building careers—not constantly replacing people.

You won't be another number in a massive dealer group.

Training & Career Development

Volvo is one of the most technologically advanced automotive brands in the industry.

We invest in factory training, in-person education, diagnostic development, and continued advancement so our technicians can keep improving their skills and earning potential.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain Volvo vehicles
• Complete repairs accurately and efficiently
• Perform electrical and diagnostic work based on experience level
• Communicate effectively with advisors, parts, and fellow technicians
• Maintain high standards for workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Keep a clean, professional, and safe workspace

What We're Looking For

• Previous professional automotive technician experience
• Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail
• Diagnostic and electrical experience preferred
• Volvo or European experience is a plus—but not required
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Desire to produce hours and earn
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Experienced with another brand? That's okay.

If you're a strong technician with the right attitude and ability, we'll help you learn Volvo.

Benefits & Perks

• $75,000–$150,000+ earning potential
• No Saturdays or Sundays
• Air-conditioned shop
• 3 weeks paid time off plus paid holidays
• Medical benefits
• 401(k) with company match
• Uniforms
• Factory and in-person training
• Consistent year-round workflow
• Supportive management
• Long-term career opportunities
• Established, family-owned dealership group
