Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in executing dishes with precision and care. Key Responsibilities Prepare and execute menu items according to recipe and presentation standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient station throughout service. Uphold proper knife handling, cutting techniques, and fish preparation standards. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Assist with prep work, inventory, and receiving deliveries as needed. Communicate effectively with managers and teammates to ensure quality and consistency. Take initiative to learn new techniques and contribute to a positive kitchen culture. Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in a md-fine or fine-dining environment preferred. Strong knife skills and knowledge of basic cooking techniques. Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Culinary training is a plus but is not required.
