You’ll thrive here if you Treat every customer (and coworker) with patience, kindness, and respect—even on tough days Naturally stay calm, professional, and solution-focused under pressure Communicate clearly and warmly over the phone, text, and email Love checking tasks off your list and keeping things organized and on time Have a strong work ethic and show up ready to give your best every shift Are eager to learn, grow, and eventually take on more responsibility Take ownership of mistakes, fix them fast, and help the team improve What You’ll Do As a customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping ensure they receive outstanding service from their first call through the completion of their appointment. In This Role, You Will Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism and empathy Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician calendars Respond to customer questions via phone, text, and email Work closely with technicians to ensure appointments run smoothly Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when needed Process payments, prepare invoices, and complete administrative tasks as needed Follow up with customers to ensure a positive experience Support the team with additional office responsibilities to keep daily operations running efficiently. Qualifications 1+ years of customer service experience (call center, retail, hospitality) Excellent phone etiquette and typing skills (40+ WPM) Comfortable with computers and quick to learn new software (we’ll train you on ours) Reliable transportation and a clean background check Schedule Monday - Thursday 8am–5pm & Friday’s 8am – 4:30pm with rotating Saturday mornings 8am- 12 noon. (plenty of notice and never mandatory overtime).
