• POSITION TYPE: (FLSA) Full- Time Exempt, Professional
• PAY RANGE: $85,000 - $120,000 (* ~range: qualifications and experience will be taken into consideration)

What You’ll Do:

As an Associate Attorney for Evictions, you will:

• Represent financial institutions in evictions and all related court proceedings.
• Manage case workflow and ensure compliance with client requirements, laws, and court rules.
• Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Attend court hearings both in-person and virtually.
• Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.
• Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice.

What You Bring

• Licensed to practice law in New York (required).
• 3+ years of evictions experience preferred (all qualified applicants considered).
• Experience working in a role that focuses on Evictions and/or Collections.
• Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and driven.
• Preferred: Multi-state licensure, bankruptcy or collections experience, federal licensure.

Location & Travel

• Location: Remote
• Travel: Court-related travel may be required

• Ability to remain focused for extended periods
• Ability to work on computers for a significant portion of the day
• Ability to perform repetitive movements as required for positions (Typing, clicking, swiveling)
