First shift is 5:00 AM – 2:30 PM and second shift is 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM. Training is during the first week from 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM. Real work. Real pay. Real fast. Set up each packaging line per the Line Lead's assignment. Understand and work with packaging equipment: Cotton, Desiccant, Neckband, Capper, Bottles, Cleaning, Pack and Pallet. Report any issues in the packaging line regarding packaging equipment to the Line Lead. Support janitorial duties to keep the area clean and compliant with cGMP.Education requirements include a high school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.Experience requirements include the ability to work safely in manufacturing and production environments. Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality. Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required. Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety.Preferred qualifications include one year of experience in packaging operations, production, warehouse, or industrial experience. Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Packaging Associate.Physical capabilities include the ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
