Director, Insights & Innovation - Trial Analytics, Insights & Planning

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Director of Insights & Innovation to lead advanced analytics and AI-enabled decision-support capabilities across the trial lifecycle. The role encompasses analytics roadmap ownership, methodological stewardship, and platform management while translating complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership. Based in Princeton, NJ, or other global hubs, this position bridges data science, governance, and product strategy within the company's clinical operations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end roadmap for advanced analytics, predictive, and AI-enabled solutions across trial lifecycle
• Govern analytical methodologies for feasibility, site selection, enrollment forecasting, and portfolio insights
• Provide business ownership for analytics products including Photon and Comet platforms
• Translate complex analytical outputs into decision-ready insights for senior leadership
• Partner with data science teams to guide predictive modeling, simulation, and AI application with appropriate validation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in relevant field
• 10+ years in clinical development, trial analytics, biostatistics, or management consulting
• Experience translating business questions into analytical problems with data scientists
• Expertise governing analytics platforms and data products in regulated environments
• Strong understanding of predictive modeling, simulation, and machine learning concepts
• Proven ability bridging business stakeholders with IT and data science teams
• Track record driving adoption of new systems and processes across large organizations
