Responsibilities Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities and play Support bilingual learning by encouraging communication in both languages Assist with daily routines including meals, nap time, and hygiene Maintain a safe, clean, and organized daycare Communicate positively with parents and guardians during drop‑off and pick‑up Assist lead teachers with lesson plans and structured learning activities Monitor children's behavior and development, reporting concerns to supervisors Requirements Prior experience in childcare, daycare, or early childhood education preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish or other language) strongly preferred Warm, patient, and nurturing demeanor with young children Ability to pass a background check and meet state childcare requirements CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player High school diploma or equivalent required; ECE coursework a plus About Us Love My Bilingual Angels, GFD is a cherished childcare provider in the heart of Ridgewood, NY, dedicated to fostering growth, creativity, and bilingual development in young children.
