Service Plumber – Family-Owned Plumbing Company

We’re a family-owned, fast-paced plumbing business with a strong reputation for quality work in our community and taking care of our team. We’re growing and looking to add an experienced Service Plumber who takes pride in their craft, shows up on time, and can run calls independently.

Position

• Title: Service Plumber
• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
• Overtime: Overtime pay available
• On-Call: No weekend on-call (right now)

What You’ll Do

• Handle residential and light commercial service calls independently, using your own assigned truck.
• Diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Communicate clearly with customers, provide options, and deliver professional, detail-focused work.
• Document work performed and maintain a clean, organized truck and job site.
• Collaborate with dispatch to manage a fast-paced daily schedule.

Requirements

• MUST HAVE a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• MUST HAVE proven plumbing experience in service/repair.
• Ability to lift/move equipment and work in attics, crawl spaces, and various weather conditions.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
