If you like problem-solving, working independently, and helping maintain beautiful homes to a high standard, this could be a great fit.As one of our boots-on-the-ground team members, you will travel to multiple Hallson properties throughout the day to complete repairs, troubleshoot issues, support preventative maintenance efforts, and help keep our homes in excellent condition for guests and owners alike.This is not a desk job. We hold ourselves to a five-star standard and look for team members who want to be part of something that is growing, challenging, and rewarding.If you take ownership of your work, communicate well, and care about doing quality work the first time, we would love to meet you.Complete general maintenance and repair tasks across short-term rental propertiesTroubleshoot issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, furniture, fixtures, doors, locks, and general home systemsPerform preventative maintenance to help reduce guest issues and extend the life of home assetsIdentify and document repair needs, follow-up work, and larger maintenance concernsRespond to urgent operational and guest-related maintenance issues in a timely and professional mannerSupport property readiness by addressing items before guest arrivals when neededCommunicate clearly with operations, housekeeping, and leadership teams regarding maintenance status and next stepsAssist with special projects, home improvement items, and quality upgrades across the portfolioEnsure tools, materials, and supplies are organized and properly maintainedFollow company safety standards and report any hazards or major repair needs promptlyComplete other duties assigned by the management teamPrior experience in property maintenance, residential maintenance, hospitality maintenance, handyman work, or a similar fieldStrong working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, appliance troubleshooting, and general repairsAbility to diagnose problems, think critically, and execute solutions efficientlyStrong attention to detail and pride in high-quality workAbility to work independently while staying connected with the teamStrong communication and time management skillsComfortable using company communication and task management appsA valid driver's license and reliable transportationWillingness to complete background checks and standard pre-employment screening
