IT Project Manager - Public Safety Systems

Overview A Senior Project Manager (contractor) with experience managing enterprise projects is required to provide Project Management support for Enterprise Technology Public Safety projects . Preferred Experience: Managing Enterprise Technology Public Safety system projects Engagement Duration: 12 months Project Type: Strategic Enterprise Projects This includes: Law Enforcement, Emergency Services, Disaster Preparedness and Response, Public Health Initiatives, Regulatory Measures, Community Engagement and Collaboration Across Agencies. Role and Responsibilities The Senior Project Manager will lead, oversee, and ensure the successful delivery and management of assigned projects. Responsibilities include ensuring that all projects are delivered within defined scope, quality, time, and cost parameters. The role may also require dynamic change management to deliver business value. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the delivery of assigned enterprise projects Ensure project deliverables meet quality and schedule expectations Maintain and manage project scope, risks, issues, and communications Coordinate with stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership Support other duties related to the delivery of the Asset Management Program as assigned Scheduled Milestones and Deliverables Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) / User Stories Project Schedule Communications Plan Resource Plan Training Plan Change Management Log Test Plan Transition Plan Sustainability / Contingency Plan Project Acceptance Project Completion Presentation Metrics to Measure Performance Schedule Adherence: Project deliverables are completed on time and with accuracy Stakeholder Management: Stakeholders are effectively informed and engaged Risk Management: Risks are proactively identified and mitigated Delivery Performance: Projects are delivered according to the approved schedule and quality expectations #J-18808-Ljbffr The Emery Company, LLC
